Shipping, returns, and a little more about Noon merch credit.

Made for you

Our collection is made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Production begins after your order is accepted. Your checkout shows the available shipping options, costs, taxes, and estimated delivery dates. Production and delivery estimates can change.

Shipping

The Noon shop currently ships within the United States and prices are in US dollars. Items may arrive in separate shipments. You can check your order and available tracking from your Noon account in the shop.

Returns and problems with an order

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size. Check the product’s size information before ordering.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact contact@noon.golf within 30 days of receiving it. Include your order number and photos so we can help. Contact us promptly if a shipment is missing. Cancellation is only possible before fulfillment starts.

Noon merch credit

Sign in with your Noon account to see your available credit. Credit covers up to 20% of the merchandise subtotal in each order. It does not cover shipping or taxes, cannot buy digital app features, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unused credit stays in your account.

Credit is reserved while checkout is open. If you leave checkout, return to your bag to resume or cancel it. Reserved credit is released after the payment and cancellation status can be confirmed.

If an order is fully refunded, the credit used for it is restored once. For a partial refund, contact Noon so we can review the appropriate credit adjustment.

Invite rewards

When invite rewards are available, the rules and reward amounts appear in your Noon account. A qualifying new golfer must claim a code within 7 days of signup and before their first completed round. Self-invites, repeat accounts, and imported or incomplete rounds do not qualify.
